The Irish Flip
50ml The Pogues Irish Whiskey
50ml Irish Cream Liqueur
50ml Ruby Port
15ml sugar syrup
1 egg
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a small chilled Coupette glass. And if you are up for it, garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
