Classic Irish Coffee

40ml The Pogues Irish Whiskey, 100ml Fresh brewed coffee, 15ml sugar syrup or two teaspoons of granular sugar (Demerara sugar preferred), 15ml whipped cream on top

Add all the ingredients to an Irish coffee glass, float the whipped cream on top and prepare for Shenanigans.

Old Fashioned Irish

50ml The Pogues, 15ml sugar syrup, 2 dashes Angostura bitters
